EnCure Compliance Content Platform

Most industries need to comply with some form of regulatory and compliance mandate in the current business environment. While most frameworks and compliance regulations are written for generic business, no two businesses are exactly alike.  It is precisely keeping this heterogeneity amongst different industry verticals in mind, that EnCrisp® has developed industry vertical driven compliance content models  for major business segments.

Most of the enterprises have customized ERP systems, homegrown applications or legacy mainframes on dissimilar databases and platforms. Data stored on these different ERP systems needs to be harmonized and aligned with overall compliance goals. The EnCURE industry vertical compliance content models are hence cross-weaved with the ERP horizontal domain technical aspect to produce the unique EnCURE Compliance Weaver content package products. Our content driven products are designed to work and be deployed within ANY continuous monitoring and testing application. Thus our customers do not re-invent the wheel and we ensure that they minimize their compliance spend.

EnCrisp®’s Compliance Content Platform provides a business rule driven query based compliance automation and testing solution which addresses the Sections 404 and 302 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Combining powerful library of industry vertical mapped processes and ERP automated controls testing in a ready to deploy model, this EnCURE suite of content driven products empowers the financial management, compliance management, audit and information security officers to establish  effective internal controls and REDUCE cost of compliance while INCREASING the efficiency and reliability of compliance.

By using the Compliance Weaver packaged content in conjunction with a continuous monitoring tool, Customers can schedule the Compliance Weaver queries and tests in a continuous monitoring mode at a frequency that is appropriate to their audit committee. Queries and procedures can be defined to run against the customer’s ERP database and home-grown application database or both.   The setup of Compliance Weaver rules is a one time activity. Since Compliance Weaver rules come pre-defined for most common ERP applications the customers can leverage the Compliance Weaver rules then on an on-going basis once they are base-lined. The tests can be scheduled to run at the frequency that the customer wishes, quarterly, monthly, weekly or daily.

EnCrisp® customers also benefit from the annual support and subscription models for the different Compliance Weaver packs that they deploy.  The affordable and easy to deploy annual content updates ensure that the customers are always on top of the constantly changing and dynamic nature of ERP applications and regulatory environments.
