| Bhavesh C. Bhagat
(President and CEO) | As the President and CEO of EnCrisp®, Bhavesh drives the overall strategy and vision of the company. Previously, Bhavesh was in senior management roles in Ernst & Young - a Big 4 accounting and consulting firm where he led their ERP and SAP technology risk practice. Most recently, prior to founding EnCrisp®, Bhavesh was a Global Director of ERP solution at Approva Corp where he was in charge of developing and managing the product design strategy and content for continuous compliance and audit technologies for sustainable compliance and corporate governance. His extensive audit, finance & software and management experience includes delivering services to global customers & building, marketing, and selling enterprise software products in the areas of security, compliance, audit & assurance for over 8 years. Bhavesh is on the Board of ISACA NCAC and appointed as an advisor to the Commonwealth of Virginia in the JCOTS. He has also been appointed as an Adjunct Faculty in the Kogod School of Business at the American University in Washington, DC. Bhavesh is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM designated by ISACA), he has an MBA in International Finance from American University and a Electronics & Computer Engineering Degree from University of Bombay. | James Cupps
(Global Security Strategy Advisor) | Cupps brings 18 years of experience as a CISO and seasoned security and compliance executive focusing on building the bridge between IT and business from a compliance and security perspective. He brings core skills in the areas of Enterprise application management, Business-to-IT integrated Segregation of Duties, FMEA Risk Assessment, layered operational security defenses, network perimeter protection, SCADA Security, vulnerability assessment and penetration testing, to his management advisory role. During his career, Cupps has built or led the information and network security practices of several large organizations. He was responsible for regulatory compliance (SOX, GLB) and SOX compliance groups, as well for the SAP Governance, Risk & Compliance process. Cupps was Chief Security Officer for the U.S. Navy Northeast region, the Chief Information Security Officer for Sappi Fine Paper, as well as the Segment Risk Manager for the E&P segment of BP. |

Mr. Miller has extensive success in growing value at technology-based enterprises by converting leading-edge technologies to growing business enterprises – ranging from privately held start-up companies to "intrapreneurial" units in large technology corporations. In his CEO roles, he generated significant investor value at Software AG, a mid-stage publicly traded company and successfully executed turn round situations at Cortex Corporation and Linus Technologies. Subsequently, he served as Vice-President for Verizon Communications and also led the development of operations for two internet-based businesses within Bell Atlantic. Mr. Miller served on the Boards of SoftSwitch, Inc. and ETAK Inc. as well as on those where he had the CEO role. He also served on President Reagan's OMB Information Technology Advisory Committee and on the Executive Committee of the Computer and Communications Industry Association. Mr. Miller has also testified on several technology issues before Congressional Subcommittees and presently directs the Reston, VA business incubator program. |

Larry has more than 20 years of experience in creating and growing innovative, market-leading technology businesses. Larry Roshfeld is responsible for Marketing and Corporate Development at CorasWorks. Larry has served in executive roles in a number of successful software companies. Prior to joining CorasWorks, he served as Chief Marketing Officer at Approva Corporation – a continuous audit and monitoring software company. Larry also served as Senior Vice President of Software Products at Riverbed Technologies, and later at Aether Systems, leaders in mobile and wireless software applications. Larry was vice president of product development at Manugistics, a pioneer in Supply Chain Management software. In addition, he served in a number of key roles at Lotus Development Corporation and IBM, including Director of Product Management, General Manager of Lotus 1-2-3, and General Manager of Internet Applications. Larry holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Clark University and a Master's degree in Consulting Psychology from Harvard University. |

Derek maintains close contact with today's most progressive IT Audit leaders, and has visited scores of world-class audit departments and spoken at dozens of conferences and seminars on IT Audit trends and best practices. Derek earned a Master's Degree in Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also holds the CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) Certification, the premiere designation for the recruiting industry. |

Prior to InfoAlive he has had various executive level positions and has been a co-founder, CTO and Director with a successful start-up venture GlobeRanger in USA. He has also led major segments of business for IBM and currently is on the faculty of teachers with the SP Jain University in Mumbai. |
