ERP Assurance Staff / Senior Consultant – USA & India

Participate as part of the compliance/internal audit team to perform IT application and general application and infrastructure audits. Audits will be full scope audits in line with the COSO charter and include SOX test of controls on behalf of management. Could involve implementation of compliance technology.

Eligibility
  • 3+ years IT audit & SAP, PeopleSoft or Oracle audit experience
  • Four-year accredited Accounting / Business / Finance / Computer Sciences / Information Management / IS Auditing / Data Processing or equivalent degree
  • Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley Act & 404 Internal Controls as related to IT
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, decision-making, accounting, and computer technical skills.
  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% to both domestic and international locations

Business Systems Analyst

EnCrisp Business Systems Analyst has the overall responsibility of interacting in a business liaison role with the business stakeholders and bridging the gap between the business and IT in order to develop the end to end software requirements for a project. This includes, but is not limited to, Governance, Tax, Accounting, Cash Applications, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Commissions, Security, Engineering, load/performance, security, and monitoring requirements. Deliverables include use cases and models, functional specifications, non-functional specifications and business process models. The Business Systems Analyst also adheres as well as implements new processes around managing requirements within the SDLC process.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete analysis deliverable documentation of functional and non-functional requirements, including use case flows and diagrams.
• Demonstrates their knowledge of the business processes in their area of responsibility and can work with the Business to define requirements that will drive efficiencies in the business taking into account the entire picture as well as the details.
• Demonstrates their knowledge of the application systems in their area of responsibility and can identify, evaluate and define impacts of changes, provide alternatives both to the application changing and all upstream and downstream systems, or identify if a change is a manual process taking into account the entire picture as well as the details. Generally assigned to Enterprise, cross-functional and cross-departmental projects with high complexity and cross-system impacts.
• Demonstrates the ability to conceptualize, document, and communicate solutions to meet business objectives.
• Applies modeling techniques to Analyst deliverables.
• Plan, facilitate, and participate in working sessions with cross-functional resources.
• Ability to conduct peer reviews to solicit feedback on materials created.
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide accurate estimates of effort and timelines for completion of assigned tasks
Design and delivery of training to department and business.
• Contribute to and execute initiatives to improve the processes, procedures, and tools utilized by the team.
• Reviews deliverables and provides input for other analysts.
• Confidently makes presentations to medium to large sized audiences.
• Effectively manages analyst expectations and deliverables in mid to large-sized projects through the software development lifecycle.

Minimum Required Skills / Competencies:
Functional / Technical Skills:

• MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Has experience with various business process and system modeling tools including: Data Flow Diagrams, Process Models, ER diagrams, Dimensional Data Models, Context Models, Event Modeling, State Modeling, Process decomposition, and Use Case Scenarios (applicant has demonstrated the ability to do business process and system modeling).
• Understands the system development life cycle (applicant has demonstrated the ability to work with a SDLC).
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments, and creates deliverables with little direction.
• Experience working with multiple systems vs. a single application.
• Experience integrating and modifying of systems and applications.
• Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing suite of 3-5 medium to large complex applications.
• Technical writing skills producing clear and unambiguous deliverables.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Experience:

• 3 – 5 years minimum experience creating Requirement, Functional Specification, & Test Requirement documents required including use case modeling
• 3 - 5 years minimum experience with supporting both purchased and in-house developed applications required
• 3 – 5 years minimum experience in software development, software design or business process design and implementation
• 3 – 5 years minimum experience in telecommunications industry preferred
• 3 – 5 years minimum experience with a formal SDLC
• 3 – 5 years minimum experience developing business solutions with a variety of tools

Education / Vocational Training:

A four year degree in Business, MIS, or equivalent (7 years minimum related experience/training preferred)

Preferred Skills : Business & Finance related project work.

M-F
